Word of the Day – Fugacious

Fugacious, fleeting
That was our love
Like the sunset fading on the horizon
Just like that brief moment before the night comes
We were something unspeakable
A moment words cannot do justice
Beautiful, aesthetic
I think of you as I gaze upon the stars
Memories of light
Memories of us

      1. It’s a statistical certainty… of course you can always twist it around into something sad, if you were so inclined.

Also, the whole point about the stars, in that they are only visible during the night (which turns into day) and that their light will not last forever (in FACT, they may all be dead) fits the word perfectly.
